We have four programs for children that run from September through May.
- Preschool Story Hour- takes place each Wednesday at 10 am and 1 pm. This program runs from September through June of each year. Miss Ann presents this program which includes stories, songs and a craft. The topic changes each week and an annual "Beach Party" is held every February.
- Baby Play Time - takes place the first and third Friday of each month beginning in October. Join Miss Sharon for simple stories, finger plays, social interaction, movement and music which promote early literacy skills. For babies under the age of two.
- P.J. Night/Story Time- takes place the third Wednesday of each month at 6:30 pm. Families are invited to come to the library for stories, a craft and a snack (pj's are optional!). Join Miss Ann for a fun-filled night!
- Read to Katie- Katie is a 130 lb. St. Bernard therapy dog who loves to have children read to her! Katie, her handler, Don, and Miss Ann will be in the children's area on the second and fourth Wednesday of each month from 4-6 pm.
In addition, during the summer months we offer a Summer Reading Club. Click on the link below for more information about this fun program that encourages children to read!
