Sushi Making Class

Sushi Making Class, Monday, May 1st. Class times are 2-4 pm and 5-7 pm. IPL Kitchen In this class, you will learn the basics of making sushi - getting the rice right, learning to roll it in many ways, and making some quick sushi-inspired salads. We will also get into some details about Japanese cuisine, the types of ingredients, and the combinations you can create with sushi. We use the freshest ingredients, which you will learn how to prepare. Vegan fillings are also available and equally delicious! The class is interactive, with plenty of opportunities for questions and guidance. It is great fun and not as hard as you might think; you just need to be shown how!
